Once you have upgraded your account, you are allowed to post a sales thread to be reviewed before going live.
You need to be either a Jr. VIP or Marketplace Seller to post a sales thread. But in order to pay for Jr. VIP membership, you need to have reached 100 posts first. The Marketplace Seller option is for members that don't want to wait until they have 100 posts before selling on the marketplace. The account upgrades can be found here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/account/upgrades

To upgrade to Jr VIP, you need 100 posts and to have been a member for at least 60 days. After you upgrade to Jr VIP, you can pay $30 to submit a marketplace sales thread.
Alternatively, you can pay $499 to become a Marketplace Seller and then pay the $30 to submit a sales thread. I don't believe there are any minimum requirements of posts for this type of account.

You could also look through the Joint Venture forum. I am not sure what kind of accounts you have, but there are sometimes people on there who look to partner with people that have access to different types of social media accounts. However, make sure that it's a partnership and you're not selling the accounts.

Thank you for your help. But I do not need partners, I will sell myself, which means that I will not have intermediaries and the prices on accounts will be low.

It's automatic.
But you should be aware, you're not allowed to sell a product or service on here without being a paid up member. Moderators are able to check your messaging and they will issue infractions for breaking this rule.
