Hey guys, I want to start selling on eBay again to pay some debt off. I have a business account for Paypal. Will this jeopardize my business account selling random things on eBay.
Yeah, I was thinking that. My business knock on wood hardly gets disputes and PP always offers my business capital. Maybe I should open an account under my wife with a different bank account. Her cellphone is tied to my business though. As long as you don't get tons of disputes from the ebay transactions, you're fine.
I'm selling things around my house... nothing shady.depending on the items you are selling, ebay may ask to provide proof of where you getting them

Any cheap throwaway phone and sim you recommend? ThanksIf you're selling second hand bits and pieces, all legit and sending it tracked service you'll be fine.
Can you not get your wife a throwaway phone and sim, if you're worried ?
I would be a little cautious with that. Especially if you have a real business that is giving you PP working capital I assume. It takes those unhappy customers to open up disputes. I sold designer sunglasses and the customer said they were counterfeit and I lost a dispute, my PP account wasn't the same after that. If you have a real business why sell a couple of hundred of dollars to risk your business account. I would open a personal account under your wife name and different bank account. Just delete her number from your business account.Hey guys, I want to start selling on eBay again to pay some debt off. I have a business account for Paypal.
