My review for the 100 comments.
Overall, I'd give it a C. I wouldn't use it for my money site. I'm guessing they are just using scrapebox to create a target list and writing/blasting comments. It could be a significantly better if they used some filters on the front end (maximum OBL, domain authority, page authority, etc.).
Domains: Most were low authority (75% had less than a DR <10). D
Blog posts: They were mostly on target but had a very low UR (<10) and were older. D
OBL: Ranges wildly from 10-100s. C+
Comments: It looks like they didn't read the article, but ok. C
Anchor text/target URL: followed directions, A+

The links were placed on relevant blogs. The content used for the comments was related to the posts themselves so they have better chances of sticking even after some time. The TAT was fast. The blogs look high quality. The best part is that the Average OBL is like only 3.
Communication was good. Extra instructions followed by OP. The links were blended in with the content so everything looked good.
The links are definitely handmade unlike other services here. This explains the increased price but again, the quality makes up for it.
