Serious Question About Adsense

Back to July, 2017 I started authority site after month of launching this site i applied for Adsense couple of weeks i approved. Later I began to spun content for this site with manual editing and getting no notification from Google Adsense Policy Center about content violation. Now my question is From month ago i purchased domain after building backlinks to it to increase its PA and DA. I wrote few articles manually spun and edited it by hand with the proper pages about, pp and contact. And I applied to Adsense with this site and got rejected. After that i modified my media files on this site to be Copyright free and optimized my content and increased it. And re-applied and refused again.
Any Help or recommendations

Yes But the rejection mail didn't state that i already had approved Adsense acount + This gmail is not associated with the mail of the approved account by any means

Am I reading this correctly, that you applied on 1st site and got accepted.
Then tried to apply again using a second site - to get a second account?

Hmmm, if I ever apply for a new adsense I use a new laptop, use a genuine IP and not a VPN.
Not sure why they flagged you though.

Using the same firstname + lastname, and possibly address might be enough. Especially when it's not like John Smith or similar popular one.
