Withdraw Limited Money

Hi there! My PayPal account has been limited and I am unable to remove the limitations. I uploaded the documents they want but still limited. I have heard that it's possible to withdraw money even the account is limited. I actually don't know how to, but can anyone guide me to take my money.

Account must get permanently limited and for 180 days before you can withdraw to bank.

You could maybe try with the older PP link though I doubt it will work (wont hurt though).
