Got accepted into crakrevenue recently. Like the others said, they have an active BHW presence - you may want to contact them here. However, I don't think it's as simple as being on BHW which will ensure your approval. They want to know that you know enough about marketing, what to do and what not to do - common sense is not that common - to not botch up their relationship and reputation with advertisers.

Read the articles on their blog - there are a couple specifically on how to get approved. Work in the interim on building a site and/or social media pages which you can show to them. Work with other networks which don't screen, make money with them and use those payment proofs as leverage for your application.

Bottom line: show them your work. If it shows, you'll get in. If you've put in the work, it'll show.
