you need to try to get listed on icodrops. other sites dont really matter in my opinion. you also need to have some high crypto analyst figure to endorse your product but probably you are going to waste a lot of money for that. just try to get listed on icodrops and prepare some really good plan and make sure you hire someone who knows how to deliver your idea properly (because some people have good ideas but they dont know how to explain it to the general public)

that being said, i do advise you to be careful with the current crypto climate. ICOs recently are butchered on exchanges. their opening prices are often lower than ICO price and you will get a lot of angry investors. you might want to wait until crypto industry hit bullish momentum again OR just go on and take the risk

PR, add your ICO to big ICO listing websites, medium, you can also create a referral program and get more investors.

IMO you should, as listed above, make good use of PR which could also be done trough reddit. Also due to the reason that reddit has a lot of crypto noobs in the community who are easily conviced. If you find a way to ge people excited about you ICO in this early adoter stage they will more likely stay with you in the long run.

Make sure you present yourself or your team as honest and trustworthy, two things that will break you or make you.

Get a partnership with amazix for example.

When you launch, give me a heads-up I have some email lists with crypto enthusiasts that can promote your project.
