Automated message system

Hey guys I'm selling activation keys on Ebay, and I wanted to ask if anyone knows how to make an automated system ( bot/script ) that will send a custom message to the buyer with his name + the activation key (Sent from a database/excel sheet) Currently I'm working with an excel sheet and it's a little tedious.


So if anyone has an idea on how I can automate this process I would be very thankful!

I'll check with one of the apps for returning feedback maybe I can tweak it somehow.
