Hi,

I was unable to post in the Social Media section of the site because my VIP dues weren't paid. I have just paid them and am still unable to post. Can someone please look into this. Not sure if it just takes a while to upgrade or there is a glitch in the site.

How long ago did you make the payment? It may take time for your payment to process and your membership to apply.

This is what's stated under the upgrade section:

Please note - it may take up to 7 days for your payment to be processed!

As of now, your profile doesn't have the Jr. VIP badge so it's obvious that the membership hasn't yet been applied to your account (which is why you were unable to post).

Your current profile details do not show Jr VIP status. Are you sure that money got deducted from your PayPal ? It is instant. Sometimes there are issues with payment. and you will have to use "Contact Us" option for this.

I paid with Stripe and it said Payment successful, but then I checked my bank just now and I don't see a payment authorization yet so maybe this has to do with it. Maybe they do batch processing and it hasn't gone through yet?

They do not do batch processing. I paid with stripe this time and it was instant.

It hasn't been processed yet. When it has been you will get the blue Jr.VIP Badge back.

This is a screenshot of the error I get when I try to post a thread in the Social Media section. I think between my rank, post count, and payment I'm well qualified. Also, I highly doubt it takes 7 days to process a payment I'm assuming that's a poor joke.

Looks like you selected the wrong option to upgrade.

It is clear that there is an issue with payment. It is instant in most cases but in some cases there may be issues. You will have to get it resolved with the staff. Contact ad admin or use BHW contact us option. Nothing else will help.
