It seems like that warning about fake reviews/shill accounts has fallen on death's ears:

After seeing sites like JAP i am totally disappointed. They told $1 now they should give $100 . Because they are cheating. I will soon start my own smm panel that will be best and #1

It's all the same.

No one is going to leave a negative review and expect to receive $1.

The issue is that he's creating fake reviews because users that have never used his service are signing up on here and leaving a positive review in belief that they will get $1.

Incentivised reviews should be banned here, if they are not already.
