I want to start a viral website in Arabic , and I have some questions :

It's a good idea to make it on arabic or not ?

It's obligate to target a niche or not ? because I see that a lot of viral sites have a varied content .

It's a very good idea to do it in Arabic. You don't have stick with one niche perse but you will need to find out what is trending in arabic countries as it is most definitely different than the west.

is good idea to go after arabic traffic since 90% of them don't use adblockers and since is part of tier 3, google will not hunt you so bad.

It's a very good idea. I was going to do it but hesitated since I don't have time to write content in Arabic. Get a domain name and hosting, install WordPress and an RTL compatible theme and you're good to go.

English sites have more advertisers and monetizing opportunities, rates are also higher
Arabic would be more unique, even if copied from somewhere, but there's not that many advertisers and rate would be different

you have to disadvantages
1- you only have limited number of advertising networks basically just adsense and if they deactivate your account for any reason what are you going to do ?
2- the cpm is much lower than tier 1 countires

but do not let that discourage you . focus on getting traffic from countries like Saudi Arabia and Uae (gulf countires ) and less of Egypt and Algeria ..ect .

for example mz-mz.net makes about $2500/monthly based on adwords stats .

My targeted region is gulf countries .

Another point, my working method is: take the articles from viral english sites like distractify,viralnova ...and rewrite them in arabic and by my own style. what do you think ?

Know what the audience there is interested in and you should be good to go. Find the best outlets for that region to exploit.
