Compress images on website

Hi can someone tell me how i can compress around 25,000 images in short about of time? I have tried WP SMUSH but it takes forever to do even 2 images. so far it has done around 2000 images and i have left it on for 3 and half days.

Can you someone suggest something better please?
My website speed is very slow due to that.

You should hire a VA for this if you do not have a time. No online tool will do all this at one time.

I have used tinypng which has a plugin for wordpress and also EWWW Image Optimizer which is pretty decent. I am not sure about the speed at which they will work, but I think with those you can leave them running in the background?

I wish i had the funds for that lol but right now I dont so i cant do one image at a time

I tried EWWWW Image optimizer it kepts asking me to do something with "exec:disable" but i cant find that inside my php.ini file so i dont know how to get it to work. unless you can show me how to do this lol

Use batch processing in photoshop, click start before going to sleep and wake up the next morning with all the work done

EDIT: if your images are already online you can find plenty of plugins but yes the working time depends on the RAM of your server, nothing you can do about this

the problem is I get all my picture directly from the supllier so i am not uploading them myself

sorry what do you mean by RAM of the server? how can i make it faster? I have the business package.

cuase that would require me sorting out over 6000+ products lol

My friend, you should have a look on this great plugin, it's free but limited but works great.

If you don't want to pay any money just use a "temporary email" and use the plugin again

Man that's a long time, I have used WP SMUSH recently and it didn't take that long by
far, and it worked really well for me. Maybe contact there support and see what the problem
is with your specific server config. Maybe its an upgrade thing.
