Using Instagram on a desktop PC with bluestack

Hi BHW Com,
I have a quick question for you. My plan is to build an authority Insta Account with 100% white hack methods. Is it possible to do it with bluestack on a desktop PC (only one Account) or do I run the risk of getting banned? Does anyone mind sharing his/her experience?
Sry If this is in the wrong subforum. I am a newbie and found an Instagram forum here in the blackhat forum.

I don't know if it's only me, but when I try to upload a picture on Instagram, using bluestacks, the pic becomes full black. Maybe they block the uploading from an emulator

Just use google chrome browser, you can follow and comment. To upload picture from browser open browser console "ctrl + shift + i", then switch to mobile view "ctrl + shift + m". Reload page and now you can upload pics. That's all, folks.
