Need Help in Tier 3 Website Monetization!

My website is receiving around 1 million views per month but mostly from South & South East Asia, some from USA. Apart from pop ads what else monetization strategy can be placed?

Can't run adsense cause some visitors purposely clickbomb so I keep trying cpm networks but the issue is after few months they start showing malicious ads!

Are they safe? I've tried quite a lot. Some of them are no longer available.. initially they are all good then later on they start sending malicious ads :-(

My suggestion is make some good international banners and put CPA Smartlinks their. Make sure your smartlink can monetize your top GEOs. For example, most of tier 3 GEOs can be monetized at wapempire
