Just wanted to know the best host for pbn domains with ip diversification at a decent price?

Who do you guy use?

Mix them on EBN, GoPBN , BulkBuy , ( Individual : godaddy , eleven2 , ehost , etc)

^^ exactly, don’t put all your eggs in one basket

Goobn and ebn are very good.

There’s also a lot to be said for purchasing and managing your own hosting from multiple providers - and yes, look for cheap hosting but don’t go for the bottom end of the market otherwise it’ll be more problematic than its worth.
