Google play & Admob Alternatives in china suggestions

as mention in title i need suggestions or any other information about alternatives of best ad network provider that work well in China as admob in us market
and what are the best stores to lunch my application in china too
i ve made research in Baidu but i need suggestion from experience and thank you

chinese is a complex market for application. There are more than hundreds of stores.
And i remember that the chinese gouvernment needs to give his autorization to publish the app in a chinese market.
Better it to outsource that to a chinese app agency.
