FB Switch Account Button

Have you noticed that new "Switch Account" button on Facebook?

I maintain a few, but I just logged in two of them on my laptop. Has anyone of you tried logging and switching 10 accounts or more?

Not 10 but 5 accounts and I've had no problems but I would be cautious if you have as many as 10 you need to switch around with. Esp if most of those accounts have automated behavior.

Yeah, the automated behavior would definitely be an issue. I manually check on them, though. Do you think there's a limit to the number of accounts? I am searching for updates or rules about it, and I haven't found any.

I don't recommend using it if you spam. When one account will get a ban all the others might be affected as well

Ahh. Is it because of the IP? I am not really planning to spam. I was just wondering as to how many accounts would be allowed.

It's beside your name on the upper banner, along with the search tab.

10 accounts is the cut of point then you will have to manually log into each one without all of them being displayed in rows. I tested this to see what was happening as it confused the hell outa me when i first saw it. And as for the other guy saying you will loose all accounts if one gets banned for spamming. WRONG - I spammed with one account and only that account has been banned the rest work fine all on the same IP.

Still risky since they are sharing the same cookies. Your other accounts might as well be already Targeted and next time you'll try spam again they will lock you out

Not planning on spamming again so that wont happen. The accounts were created between 3 different IP's in clean browsers each time. Made most of them on bluestacks+bstweaker + Multiloginapp. So far no issues with the rest of the accounts. This is just a test phase really, to get the real facebook limits for myself, then i plan on buying more accounts and slowly scaling up.

So, I am thinking: if you put all 10 accounts using just 1 IP, there's a possibility that all of them would be banned? No plans of spamming, but I would just like to see if it's like a "all for one, one for all" thing.

You have a point. Though, Facebook is already strict with account creation. A friend of mine has already authenticated her legit account by giving a copy of her ID and Facebook is still rejecting her. FB cannot give her a straight explanation.

How can multiple people switch account when the button can only be seen by the account holder when he logs in?

All i have to say with FB, is do your own tests. Everyone has thier own pitch of what it could be but no one really knows apart from FB nazi engineers.

What i do works for me, the pleasure of testing is you have your own unique individual answer regardless what anyone else says or preaches to you. You can run multiple accounts on one IP, i know this because ive tested the shit out of it. Many will say NOOOO, Dnt Do it. But i did lol....

Obivously testing costs money and the FB algorithm changes like british weather. But the knowlegde gained on that hemroid of a platform is useful going foward. Do your tests people !

Very well said, @jeffro89. Just got me curious because it's a "new" thing. It could be a trap or not really.

Wow, just noticed this; will come in very handy for me as I switch between just a couple of accounts.

I use this for 5 or 6 accounts. 1 of them is personal, 3 business and every so often I accidentally log in to 1 or 2 of my bot accounts but had no problems.
