google paralyzed my website due to bad links. so, guys, do you have any idea how can I easily get that backlink and remove them?

Sure get access to a full version of Ahrefs and/or Majestic or have someone make a backlink profile for you, sort out the bad ones and use the disavow tool

Open ahrefs trial account then download all referring domains for your website, filter it if you want and disavow them.

Best advice til now. I can help you by providing free reports from my Ahrefs and Majestic.

Only tool for it is google disavow links. You can also find your links via search console, go to search traffic and Links to your site, download links from there and submit it to disavow links.

is that I need to find out one by one link? do you have the best option? because my website has 10k plus links so its very hard to find out one by one

I suggest using Google's disavow tool. You can also use the paid ones like Link Research Tool. It is actually an effective tool in regards to cleaning up your backlinks. It also has a lot of features that are helpful for SEO Specialist.

apart from aherf and majestic is there any free or low cost tool to identify bad links?

I saw a tool online called cognitive SEO. It has an option to remove bad links

There is no easy way to do this. Its a lot of manual work, that cannot be avoided. Step by step guide:

1. Download all external links from your webmaster tools.
2. Download all external links from Ahrefs (you dont need to pay for this, just ask someone to give you the report)
3. Download all external links from Majestic (same as above)
4. Put all of the above in single file.
5. Use this tool to trim the URLs to root domain
6. Use this to remove the duplicate lanes.

Now you have list with all known referring domains to your website. Its time to create the disavow the bad ones.

Download Link disavow wizard - the free version support 200 URLs at once which is more than enough.

Put the first 200 URLs from the list from point 6 and start checking them. Working with Link disavow wizard is pretty easy - it load the website in build in browser - just use the hotkeys to block or allow domains. If you are not sure that some website is good or bad copy the domain and check how the links looks like in the list from point 4 (with all the backlinks). Then proceed to check all of the referring domains. When using Link disavow wizard save your progress every 30-40 URLs because it crash sometimes and your work so far will be gone.

If you think that this is too much work, hire something. But there is no shortcuts on this..
