Shrove Tuesday - Pancake Day

Yes, it's that time of year again.

Not a great fan of Pancake Day, but have decided it mix it up this year and have some savoury pancakes too. Usually just have sweet pancakes, fruit, sugar, jam etc

So looking for ideas, please share your recipes and favourite toppings

I realise this thread is not to my usual standard but food is up there with money and sex in my list of important things, sometimes when you get to my age, it is the number one priority.

I hate them personally, at primary school we were made to eat them, I have a lifetime hatred for the things lol!

It's a great combination. You always find this in France, but on their thin crepes.

Another one I love is crepes suzette. Pancakes fried with tons on butter, sugar, orange juice and Grand Marnier. It's a real spectacle when you order it in a restaurant.
