pancake day

Yes, it's that time of year again. Not a great fan of Pancake Day, but have decided it mix it up this year and have some savoury pancakes too. Usually just have sweet pancakes, fruit, sugar, jam etc So looking for ideas, please share your recipes and favourite toppings I realise this thread...
