hello, i am ordering about 1.5 year from secondeye , at first the orders was all fine but latelly his is very sloppy i even recieved an order after 1 month, i can understand a little delay but that was a big one, but unfortuantelly that is not the only issue his quality of work is very sloppy aswell (wrong surnames, mirrored watermarks etc) i have send him many times the correct instructions but he is doing what he wants, if he has onther business or more work it's up to him but he cannot ignore my messages and sending me unfinished docs, so people i will surelly not choose him in future.

I am having communication issues with secondeye, I emailed them and asked them if they can provide business documentations for AdvCash and they say yes. Then i tell them ok, AdvCash are asking to upload the following:

1. Certificate of Incorporation
For the verification of your business, we need you to provide a good resolution scanned copy of your company's certificate of registration. Depending on your country, it may be: Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Association, Articles of Incorporation, or Corporate Charter.

2. You and the Company
Please confirm that you are indeed part of this company by submitting ONE of these documents that contains your name:
1. Power of Attorney
2. Shareholder Register
3. Certificate of Incumbency
4. Register of Directors

Secondeye said they can provide cert of incorporation, and i said to them ok can you tell me what to click on to make order on their site? and they never reply to this question. As they only have "Business License" listed to add to cart and im not sure if this is the same thing or not.

Also they keep telling me they dont provide any of the 4 documents i listed above to assure 'me' being part of the company. if thats the case, then why do they claim they support documents for AdvCash?

They are not very helpful. Communication is minimal.

I need proper explanation and what documents i need to create business account on AdvCash.
If they can create fake passports, surely they can create one of the 4 documents listed above to prove the director is part of the company.

Hello, we send you corrections many times as per your email but you also know we are not Greek person so its difficult to make documents of there country because its full greek language we use translator but human error always come on this documents so kindly do not place any greek order in future
