I googled it and when i checked the files i provided to paypal there where no metadata in it.

I have received flawless docs from you in the past, but I received the last order approx. 1 hour ago with several major flaws.
It doesn't look like the person even looked at the image before uploading.
I used the contact form on your website to send you the Order no. and hope to receive corrections soon.

PS: I recently don't have much luck. A few account got "appeal denied" when I sent them the files. I guess it is not about the ID because someone did get their account restored.

Yes you can. I have withdrawn more than that on several occasions.
