A - PERMA banned
B - TEMP banned

It is god question as this forum have salles page, few times I wanted to buy some product and found that super high member who's banned. So I think that maybe you can add like this stuff if you are vip, but no. So new people need to know about this as they are oping banned people posts.

a red banned notice means both temp and permanently , please remember any services or products from a banned user , effects the shitlist terms , it is advised to wait till the user has there account fully reinstated before useing there services .

if you do use services from a banned user it your own responcebilty to sort all matters out while there account is banned , you can not post in the shitlist untill there account is reinstated and there bst is re activated

a ban user can be ban forever or banned temparly , it all depends on the situation , the situation is not published and un questionable and it between blackhatforum staff , and not other members.

if you want to no why a person has been ban it not the mods or admin or owner that can tell you , you have to contact the member directly.

Okay, so maybe it means they are temp banned - but it could also mean they are perma banned, it's also just as likely they have been banished to blackcatworld?
