When I build a web 2.0 should I just blast them with bad links from Fiverr, or should I tier them, build another bad spun web 2.0 and blast those web 2.0s with tons of links then use that link to juice to main 2.0s with better content then to my Money site. Also if I get expired web 2.0s should I bother using links to them. Which are the best types of links to blast them with?

Try all type of profile links that sells for bottom dollars.

If you're going to manually build web 2.0s, would recommend getting some expired web 2.0s that already have (good) backlinks. Blasting spam at web 2.0s tends to get them banned. If you're going to do link building to fresh web 2.0s, go for like upper-class trash (e.g., bulk shitty PBN links) rather than the absolute ass-tier of link building (such as Fiverr gigs).

@Nargil has some good expired web 2.0s that you might check out, if you decide to go that route.

what i sometimes do is order some like 10 web 2.0 on a platform like fiverr .. and when i get it i do some manual changes to the content , or add a extra article ect .... so you have with minimal work unique web 2.0 properties. then index them and wait ....

This! You can find expired web 2.0s easily and for dirt cheap. It's a lot more efficient to just use those instead of building everything from 0. You can even find those yourself if you have some tool like Scrapebox that can help you, there are a ton of guides on the Internet about how to do it.

Building links to expired web2.0's beats the purpose of investing resources or money to get them. They are supposed to have backlinks already. And since those backlinks are acquired naturally (most of the time), why would you mess around and spoil it?
