FOLLOW UP TO MY REVIEW. After leaving an honest review of my poor experience with this provider, he then emailed me and asked me to remove the review and that he would issue a refund. I refused and told Hoot that once I get refund I'll take down my review. Here we 1 week later and no refund. I will NEVER order any services from this guy again - he's low quality and a scammer. I requested that he use location specific content for my order - his "team" did not. The articles were total garbage, mostly unreadable and not about the topic I requested, even though he promised they could handle my request. When I asked for this to be corrected, a month later he sends me a new report with the same problems. This in turn hurt my site's rankings (I did not other SEO) and I will now need to disavow all of these garbage links. I'm filing a complaint with Paypal as well since he promised to refund after screwing my order up TWICE and then never did. Terrible Seller.

But for the second time while i asked for the rework you havent noticed the mistake we did for your previous work and also we havent got any update like this before

"Page content should closely related to Houston Texas ONLY. Anchors for links should be brand or generic. We are using these links to push GEO relevancy so the content must be about Houston."

I got a review copy of this and here is my review:

Websites used: The websites looked natural filled with lot of useful content already. Having a ling from such websites will never raise an alarm with even manual check.The average DA is around 25.

Content used: Content used was unique and well researched. Images were used in the article as well.

Communication: Op communicated well. Added me on skype and kept me informed.

Rankings: He added the links on 31-1-2018 and thus it is too soon to judge the effect on rankings. I saw some traffic on statcounter on those posts though.

Overall: Recommended.

First of all @hootsparta knows his thing - he's a SEO expert and very comunicative, this is a big plus for me.

I got 5 links from him:

• First a kinja link
  
• A Guest post on a well build website DA 21
• Blogpost on a DA28 domain
• A sticky Post on a DA30
  
• A web 2.0 normal post

I was going trought all of the links and checked them all.

My 2 cents:

-All articles are very well written and unique. Without grammar mistakes.
- Detailed report with publishing date, links for articles, DA, PA, etc.
-I already start to see some positive improvements

Seller provided great links on some pretty amazing domains links. I would recommend his service as i already started to see movements on my keywords.

I was given a sampling pack and it was pretty decent. If this is the kind of work, the normal packs carry, I wouldn't hesitate to look up his services. The only thing that bothered me, is I could have used these on an inner town page and shot up even more spaces. The competition would be less fierce and there would be more money in my pocket doing electrical jobs. Oh well, that was my mistake. Very satisfied with what I was given here.

Now the bottom one shown above is the profile on the site.
The actual site home page is DA89, PA64, Moz rank and Trust both 6 also CF 54 TF 40.

Too early to see improvement in SERPs to speak of, however one keyword with 100MS has moved up 1 spot to number 6 this morning according to Ahrefs.

What impressed me was the content, it was very high level of standard.
