So i got to look at every bit of this service and honestly i was not expecting this service to be that good but yes, it is that good. Best part of service was the content which was totally related to my niche in all 5 posts
and other stunning thing was that authority post was placed on 67.8K+ RD domain! I have nothing bad to say about this service as everything was delivered to what was promised and blogs are actually very qualified ones.

I checked 2 of the sites at random and looked at the metrics of each one compared to the report - they matched up and are very good, as follows:

Site design
Site design and layout is very good - the sites have added touches to them that make them look very much like real sites and not part of any network.

Content
I picked another post at random to review the content - its ok, its hand written and it reads well enough to pass any manual review.Good Enough.

Overall
Overall the service is excellent - Hoot Sparta have great communication and its clear everything is done very professionally to remove any footprint and to make a very strong PBN service.
Forgot to metion, Hoot Sparta also offers dripfeeding which is great and keeps everything looking more natural - another good attention to detail.

i received my free review copy today of 5 backlinks that i put towards a client project:

got good a mix of platforms. the articles looked good with proper use of images and optimized titles. quality of content is non native - id say about 3.5/5. there was an issue with 1 of the articles being removed (a web2.0 article), but customer support was quick with replacing the link. link placement was naturally placed. from my experience, these links do push ranks up so overall this is a solid service.

OP has corrected all the above issues.

I was given new guest post and blog post links that are much better than before.

I've also seen multiple other domains in OP's network that are of good quality.

These domains have hundreds of RD and the link profile is good.

The domain I was given a guest post link on has over 9k RD.

The service isn't necessarily bad, its just a lower quality than expected.

Im sure you could still rank with these links but I personally wouldn't pay this much money for links that have spammy link profiles when you can get them cheaper from other sources.

The websites look good its just the link profiles are low quality and they dont point to the homepage or other live pages.

The seller did say he would show me better links so i'll update my post when this happens.

All I can say it superb service. I got 5 different types of links, great for diversity and each with it’s own depth.

Sticky Posts - DA 31 quality of the site was good.
Normal Posts - DA 25 quality of the site was good.
Authority Link - DA 90 (Evernote) and had good content.
Guest Post - DA 40 Really good quality guest post, content and everything. Just the niche was a bit off but overall in the general niche.
Web 2.0 - DA74, good quality with good content

Good quality and TAT was great. Really good diverse package in my opinion, worth every penny as you get link juice in each aspect of the package!

Sticky Posts - DA 41 = 1.31k Backlinks with 291RD. Article quality wasn't the best in places. ( Another biggest advantage of ) as an example. TF 16, CF26 netrics, the quality of the link outweighed the article.

Normal Posts - DA 24 Article was fine, a couple of tiny errors in grammar but nothing really noticeable. Has 1.23k backlinks, RD51. Author profile there too.

Authority Link - DA 90 = Quality of this article was very good indeed.

Guest Post - DA 28 Really good quality guest post, on a niche relevant blog.
Content was very good once again here.

Web 2.0 - DA74, Nicely prepared Web 2.0. Here the content was good.

All aspects of the written content came with niche relevant images included.
TAT was on time, communication was good.

Links are good, overall not a bad service.

Got my 5 links report from OP a few days back.

1) Content were niche relevant and written well. Links were placed contextually, which was a huge plus point as well. Most guest posts could only give you a bio link.

2) Again, niche relevant images on the content.

3) Sticky and normal links had good metrics (DA > 25)

4) Guest posts were on niche relevant sites.

5) Web 2.0s are a nice addition as well

Overall, a pretty solid service that OP has provided. Thumbs up.

Looking at them they're well written with relevant content and the images used were of a high quality too. Keyword placement wasn't done for the sake of it, it made sense so that's another plus.

As far as the metrics were concerned, the lowest DA was 25 so it's definitely a package worth investing a little into if you want some solid backlinks.

Review Time:

So I was lucky enough to get 5 links from Hoot as a free review copy. As stated by others the content used in this package was good and you wont feel like they are just trying to embed your anchor anywhere. Articles used were well crafted and proper images were used.

The metrics are proper as shown and no issues in that. Since I used branded anchors so i dont see much improvement in rankings but if you pick a big package its sure that you will see serious improvements.
One thing that I didnt liked was that author profile was complete blank either dont show it but if you are showing then please fill it.

Pretty good service I will recommend this service.

I've got my report from @hootsparta few days ago... So that's my conclusions:

1. Articles are niche relevant and good written. Links in articles are placed contextually, straight in the text - it's cool. Pictures in articles are niche relevant too.

2. Guest posts are awesome. They were placed on niche relevant (or near niche) blogs. Web 2.0 are good too, with high metrics... Good addition by the way

3. Sticky links and normal links are nice. Metrics are high, DA more than 25 (2 links with DA more than 30)

REVIEW: Unfortunately I cannot recommend this service. I received my report back to find that my instructions regarding the content/topic for the articles was not followed at all. I explicitly asked the provider to let me know if he could not deliver geo relevant content. He assured me that the articles would be about the location I had requested.

After receiving the 1st report, I was disappointed and request that the articles be corrected or that a refund be issued. Hoot stated "Dont worry will replace those articles will do the work again ok ". I waited 30 days to get the next report only to find that ONCE AGAIN the content on all the pages was NOT relevant as I had asked it to be.

Provider cannot follow basic instructions. Content in the articles is very poor English. Do Not Recommend.
