Captcha as a pre-lander

Hey,i want to use captcha verify as a pre-lander.
Exactly like in this photo:

Anyone can tell me how to do that? I have my landing page uploaded to my own domain,but i want this as a prelander so i can insert it in my bio

Just search for a recaptcha tutorial. There is ready made PHP code where you can just plug your recaptcha key in.

Change that up to an email opt in as a way to prove they are human and you can build yourself a nice list.

But i think that way i will lose lots of potential clickers..Starting by me i would not bother writing the mail

Iam running something like this for like a month as a prelander. Not impressed with conversions but, maybe for your traffic will do the trick.

Might sound a little paranoid, but wouldn't it seem like an easy bypass for google properties to bypass a google "anti-bot" captcha?

Not to mention Facebook... you can just image what they pay for lol.
