actual i generated a random password & paste on a site but i forget it and i copied a different text after that so i missed the first text password how to get it back ?

Unfortunately you need to have software pre-reinstalled in order to access older copied text from clipboard.. Sorry. More info here:

Then i guess you can contact the support of the registrar/hosting, if you're unable to recover the password and locked yourself out.

Contact you host support, go through the validation and they'll send you a temp password, then change it
