Should I need using proxy to make web 2.0 by myself?

I want to make some web 2.0 for my main site. My questions is should I need
1. Proxy
2. Different information like email address
To make web 2.0

For different web2.0 you can use the same email, but with one email for example in Tumblr you can have only one account, and if I remember correct, you can add more blogs to your account in Tumblr.

if you sign up to gmail you can do several things to bypass the system.

adding extra full stops to your username will make the platform think you are another user, and gmail will still send the email to the address

Yes you can but don't create to much from single IP, a year ago I read that you can create, about 10 acc on single IP on Tumblr, don't know about other web2.0's.

I have worked with it and people are suggesting you the right thing dude. You don't need different proxy if you make 1 blog per platform. And you can use the same email id multiple times by inserting dots between the id.

Amount of links depends for this buddy. If you are making 10-20 links then google will not be a headache for you i guess

Google doesn't have access to Tumblr DB, so they can't know who's creating those web2.0. Only thing how they could find out, if you leave some fingerprints on your web2.0.

Yes You can use Proxies if you are going to use your web 2.0 properties regularly. Other else you can use VPN is also good but not recommended. For email you can buy some emails from marketplace...
