What's the law governing rental in your area, in the UK we have boot fairs, where people pay to sell their unwanted items, like £5 per pitch. 100 carsx£5 isn't a bad earner for doing nothing

Develop an event centre...

Construct an apartment and rent it out.

Cultivate crops and harvest.. Go into vegetables..

Hello there!

Well, my family also have lands and some of the offers we have gotten have been the following:

-Renting it for trucks, bulldozer, tows parking

-Renting it for placing containers (IDK if this is the correct english word, but it's the thing that ships carry on with wares...)

IDK how big are 20 acres, but I think you could easily ask for $1000 - $1500 a month if it's like 2000 sq mts... at least thats what they had offered us for such biz.
