Storage Units, build simple concrete drainage system with different size units. Only need 1 security office at main gate with retail sales shop including flashlights, batteries, boxes, locks, and other accessories. You supply the place and the security, the get to use their own lock to protect their stuff, this way you do not know their code. T&S they sign gives you their stuff if they don't pay after time frame, rent month to month. Easy money.
