Correct that should be fine, you don't really need CCleaner if its a fresh user account. Its actually a good idea to keep the cookies on the fresh user, do some eBay searching and even buying. This builds up cookies which look more legit in eBay's eyes.
As for photos you can get batch purifier to remove any hidden data attached to them.

Indeed they're two completely different programs - as i said CCleaner isn't needed you want to build cookies for the eBay account not remove them.
Batch Purifier = Used to remove identifying info from pictures
CCCleaner = Used to remove identifying cookies on your browser
You should clean every single product picture, but you should only do CCCleaner at the beginning of the account, since not having cookies at all every time you log in is in itself suspicious activity.

Not at all. Mostly if you work onlnie and accept PP you will face with some problems and there are alot of them.
Mainly it is limitation, so in order to don't hope that your only one paypal will be limited for any reason and that u will need to start again u spread all payments on more accounts etc.
Also, Paypal is not avaiable in some countries so that guys are in need to create stealths.

Why not just clear cache and cookies in the browser settings?
An account that you can operate under the radar and make a ton of money. The more accounts the better.
If you know how to run them you can sell unlimited amounts of items.
This will not work. There is a method to running a stealth account.
Doing this will shut you down quickly.

Please help me understand this, If you don't delete cookies cant my stealth eBay get linked to my personal eBay account?? Because I know IP has to be different but you can be also tracked by cookies/cache. If I make a different user does that mean I do not have to delete cookies or cache because that cannot track my person user account?? Sorry to keep asking stupid questions however I'm a noobie lol.
