I tried with eBay making new windows account on the same pc. Each time eBay suspended. Deleting cookies with ccleaner I tried but no help. I am thinking about making a vm on pc and try that. Cany anyone suggest me which cheap vpn to use?

yea it will work
but make sure you delete flash cookies
and get a new ip you really don't need vm
also ebay will suspend accounts randomly and if you just call them a lot of times they just reinsate without asking questions
