- No business information
- Misleading text
- Possible restricted supplements
- No value to end user/bridge page (affiliate marketing is an issue with Adwords)

You're always going to be in an uphill battle to with Adwords running an ad for this kind of site. You will get permanently suspended at some point.

My recommendation would be to build up a muscle building social media following then use CPA and CPL.
