The basic principals of CPA is you offer something the user/visitor/etc. want but they would have to go thru a locker to get it. As for methods, that is something you can search but most of the ones you will find are basically dead as everyone did/doing them and the return on your capital/time will be minimal at best.

Its important to to now the basics and if you want to be successful you need to find a new method that will make the most $$$. For that you need to do research, be creative, use/be part of the social network to understand the users, to have better understanding on what might work and what not.
