So if I buy the bot and AVG quarantines your program, you will be able to fix that?

I'm confused. You say there are no refunds, but a few paragraphs later you state you will refund if the bot doesn't work?

If antivirus quarantines the program due to false viruses, you willl have to disable antivirus and download again.

There are only refunds if the buyer provides geniune proof of the bot not working and a working bot is not sent to buyer.
If the bot works as described there a no refunds.

And when using the program, you would also have to disable the antivirus protection? Why are you unable to fix the issue if you provide a solution to all problems?

You don't have to disable antivirus when using the program. You only have to disable antivirus before download, due to the detection of false viruses.
