A very late review for this service.

About a month and half ago or so I was talking with the OP about something (I don't even remember what it was but it related to hosting somehow) and we chatted about his service and what he offered.

The service I was currently using was satisfactory, excellent in some areas, and average in others but all in all I was fine with it and know the owner and he is a good guy.

What I was able to get from @HudsonWebServices was a better product at a better price point and I know he is a good guy from our interactions as well.

As almost every hosting service will do he offered to move my sites for me. What made this different though is that I had a reseller account (I don't resell, I just like to have some of my sites on their own cpanel and I do have a couple of friends that use it as a favor to them) there and he would have to move each site individually as opposed to shared hosting where all the sites are moved at one time. In there I have about 30 sites so that meant 30 individual moves.

Setting up each new account, grabbing the log in creds, moving the site over and replicating that process 29 more times had to take some time. To me, that would have been a pain in the neck for 14.99 a month.

To him it was providing quality customer service with a smile.

I purchased a shared hosting package from you guys. It's already taking more than 2 hours to activate it. I contacted the support team multiple times.
It's really ironic, HASTEhosting!

I apologize that took so long, we sent you an ticket immediately after you purchased the hosting that we needed a copy of your card or a government issue ID. I even attempted to reach out to you on chat and you left. It took you two hours to reply with the correct information. I apologize that support did not rely this information to you either. We do this to protect our customer's and appreciate your understanding. The order has been activated. And yes it did take awhile to activate, Our billing is normal business hours just like every hosting company out there. I provided you some credit on your next months bill for the inconvenience.

No problem whatsoever. I completely understand. The thing is, I've been researching the market for quite some time to find a provider that offers the same services at an incredibly good price. Thanks for fixing the problem, though. I'll follow up with another review once I try out the entirety of the package.

That is correct! We started seeing an increase in fraudlent stolen credit cards. So, now, thanks to those idiots we had to either verify the ID or verify the card and that your name is on it. It sucks when you have a 3 dollar order get charged back and you have to pay out 15.
 
Hi, just have some questiosn before ordering

I'm using wordpress xmlrpc feature to do remote posting to wordpress blog, sometimes it might post 1 post per 5 seconds, will your service block this kind of activity?

I dont believe it will be an issue if you do this.
