of course, the principle is the same .
so you can use any tracking tool you like and there are so many like http://www.newbidder.com/ , voluum, adsbradge ,prosper202... ETC .
some of them are cloud hosted and some of them are self hosted, just choose what you feel that you are comfortable with.

okay then popads is good too .
propellerads is little expensive only when it comes to minimum deposit which is 100USD, that's all .
but you still can go with PopAds they have huge amounts of traffic too .

about your plan it is perfect, one thing i have to say is that for example if you used tonic Popup Traffic then if the offer is converting good and you want to scale make sure you scale in pop traffic sources, and the principle is the same for the whole ad types .

hey @mastino i think i already mentioned that to a guy in the comments, i am not focused on this campaign any ways.
i just did it for the tutorial because i know that lot of people are going to promote the same offer using the same exact lander in the same traffic source,in the same GEO, and i am sure about that.

Well am promoting an iphone offer but not the same as yours with a combo of different lander and also on a different Network.
