Yes Marketing is good and essential for every business. Where it doesn't work, is usually because people hire clowns or don't have a realistic marketing budget.

Is what real? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It could be your product, service, target market, ad copy, design that stops it from "working". You have to test, test and test.

Marketing works, but it doesn't always work. You need someone who is able to create an effective strategy, put together the proper budget, and hire the right people to do the work that needs done for you. Like mentioned before, hiring clowns is a quick way to go broke. Doing the wrong marketing and throwing your money at it is also a good way to go broke quickly. You need to put together a solid strategy and plan, track the results of your efforts, get rid of what doesn't work, and do more of what does work.

Marketing works with the right people only. From own experience I hired a guy for marketing, he promised a lot and acted like he knew stuff. Few months and few meetings into work and I figured out he can never convert a client, not because he cant, but because he doesn't want to. He practically ran off clients. I had to give him the boot finally. Wasted a whole lot of money on him. Marketing works only when the people who you hire are passionate, they love selling and are committed to selling. If you hire idiots you get shit.

I think Yaa marketing is good, but you have to make some strategy before starting it, should have proper communication skills doesn't matter you are doing digital marketing or an offline one and giving up in any kind of business never makes you successful, you have to try infinite until you get your goal buddy!

Marketing is great if you have a proper end goal in mind. It's also important to learn from your past failures instead of letting them get the better of you. Additionally, speaking from experience, confidence. I've messed up a few times mainly due to the lack of confidence when writing emails or recording videos. All the best to you though.
