to grow the account and to have conversions
i should buy followers from smm panel or retweets or impressions

I wouldn’t buy either. Find some decent content to post, get it on automatic scheduling, follow accounts that follow other popular accounts in your niche.

You can also mention big accounts in your niche and with some creative thinking you can often get them retweeting your tweets- that’s better than buying retweets or likes.

The only time I would buy followers is to avoid ratio limits when doing follow / unfollow activities.

I think impressions have much more weight in your niche but you can try with retweets as well.

1. One more good way is to create some more accounts in other social media, for example on Facebook (or one more on Twitter) with content that would be also interesting to your niche. Add link of your twitter account on created facebook page, so it could be your additional smm-tool.
2. Like other posts, tweets, leave comments, make retweets.
