I want to make a website and add google ad-sense in it. While i am using 000webhosting, it always show that your website is on sleep. Is it possible to add google ad-sense on these free web hosting websites? And which web hosting is best for these kind of money making stuff? I want to make a website for people in which they ask questions related to computer and hacking stuff (for beginners).

Start with reading the guides they have on here, this forum is a gold mine if you see it and use it as such, members are giving all the time but nobody is ever going to spoon feed you and that is what you are looking for here judging by the newbie post you have written, this is a friendly but critical advice, I suggest you learn more about IM, SEO, Affiliates and then proceed to making a website.
Also, are you sure you want to build a website about technology and hacking ? It's a very very competitive world we live in, you are just setting yourself to fail.

You should host with a proper host, like namecheap or hostgator, or somebody like that.
Not sure what type of plugin you would need to allow people to ask questions, maybe you could post a ton of articles
about ethical hacking, and ask in the sidebar to send you questions.

First I would move to a real host and not use a free hosting set up. This will help speed your sites up a good bit just by doing that. You should not have any issues adding google products to your sites.
If you stay with the free hosting you may want to check and see if the IP are blacklisted.

I agree you should really try to budget on a paid host. It will serve you well and make for a good start.
As the next best option I’d say maybe start with WordPress.com - I beleive you can start a free site on there and then if it shows signs of success (traffic for example) then you can migrate it easily to premium domain and / or self hosted WordPress.

For free way, I would suggest you using blogger from Google,..start blogging there, but not that niche..
After 2 or 3 month apply on Adsense, or better and fastest way, buy Adsense account here I Believe I've seen thread about this.

Listen to this guy, I started on Wordpress.com also and when I found traffic that works, I immediately moved my site.

You can have your own blog where you can post the article and also create the knowledge base for the website which will help the visitors and increase the traffic on your website. You can use the number of plugins which will provide you the best graphical interface for posting the articles. You can try the CMS too which will become easy for you to crate the new website or blog with the best visual effect.

Don't use hostgator or related companies like Bluehost or justhost, they cap your visitors. Get some hosting from here, you'll never make money otherwise. Use wordpress.org as it's free
I bought VPS server for $2.50 / month, it's just 512MB RAM machine but it's well optimized and can hold 100-200 people at a time. So it's not so expensive, I recommend you to buy VPS and avoid that "free hosting", they will block your website anytime and ask you to upgrade to their paid service in order to continue using it..I can help you with VPS setup if you need help.
