Placed a test order to @BASICPOWER . expecting good work to be honest. Will be ordering 15K words more If I find them the best .
 
So after reviewing 3 writers from BHW marketplace. I've found @BASICPOWER content the best. They provide me 979 word (+179) following up all my instructions. Highly recommended for that price :)
 
Reviewing time.

I've ordered 2 articles total of 3,000 words from @BASICPOWER, he delivered the articles but not to how I like it although it's well researched, pretty well researched. However, he was willing to fix the articles as many times as I want until I like it. His communication is exceptional. So far, he's the only writer that I love to communicate with.

Overall, I would give him 10/10 :)
