Hi, i have applied for an adsense account and got denied immediately. is there a service that can make my website approved by adsense here is why i got rejected

Yes. Get good, English content and let the site age. Give it a few weeks. If you can't read the content, make sure it is reread by someone who can. Most people will offer to help if you ask

here is it mate...based on my experience and contacts experiences, when you have an old website, good articles/contents- it's a sure thing! (avoid contents that are related with affiliate marketing and selling products with payment gateways etc). When your application rejected and you think that weak articles are the factors why Adsense isn't showing: - then, you can use article spinning software to retouch articles, when you are a busy man Or, you can hire a freelancer, where writing is their specialization- people who are eating letters actually (lol) (usually you can see them here at marketplace) . Then, reapply or better you make another website and seo'd them professionally.
