Use GSA or rankerx for mass backlinks. But do not point those links to your site directly. Use Web2.0 as buffer sites.

Although I haven't used the GSA toolkit on any of my sites since around August time, I published a bunch of GSA tutorials early last year that maybe helpful to you.

You can go with 3rd party sites if u want to take mass backlink.

Here is a more in depth reply I made in another thread. Short version is that sites don't respond to it as they used to pre-penguin 4 and I started having more success with the bridge networking concept so I dropped SER around August 17 if I remember correctly.

That said, my sites were hit again on the 12th December, I am in the early stages of fault finding on it and it seems my sites were hit due to over optimisation penalties so it had nothing to do with the bridge network. I am still starting to do some zero backling tests though as I rather have a site bring in a small amount of income for a long time then a medium amount of income for a year.
