Budget 2000€ - Need to Double it fast, Advice needed!

So the title says it all, need to double it (as we all do, i know)

Just throw in some decent things to start with in 2018, and i try to pick up the rest of the information myself. Keep in mind the time, nothing comes fast but there are definitely things to do for lower margain, and faster way to collect budget for bigger plans.

Failed with my first dropshipping + facebook ads - Site came out pretty decent, maybe niche was too saturated and lack of skill with facebook ads (and later a ban from FB) made me quit it, temporarily.

Can anyone advise me with some guides in BHW or where to jump in - as the budget is 2k im up for anything basically, i have some experience from here and there so i can handle things more than a regular newbie here (i guess), and what i cant - i will outsource $$$. The information is overwhelming and you just dont know where to start.

Before going into the different options you have, I want you to answer the following questions...

1. Was it the niche or is it your attitude that's holding you back from dropshipping + Facebook Ads?

The reason I ask is that it doesn't matter what niche you jump into when it comes to dropshipping. Even crappy stores can make sales. What matters is that you can market your products in the better way than others can. That why I still set up shops in the watch niche, the pet niche, the fitness niche, the computer niche, and even the golf niche. These niches get used all the time in example videos, in courses, and so much more but we are still able to pull a healthy profit. When you think about it, there's no niche nowadays where you have no competition. Take responsibility and make your processes better.

2. Was your site pretty decent or was it just good enough?

I'm shocked by some of the "decent" sites people publish and expect to generate sales. If your website is "decent," I would work on it until you can say it's amazing. And the good thing about Shopify is that you don't need any coding skills to get it to that point - just time and work ethic.

3. What are you doing wrong with Facebook Ads?

You can't just give up on it like that because it's not working. If you ever want to be truly successful, then you have to look hard at your mistakes and see where you went wrong. I want you to take out a magnifying glass and sort through ALL the data you have. Sort through your site, your ads, your copy, your targeting, etc. Once you're done, come back and give me an honest, brutal-truth explanation as to where you went wrong. Don't forget to @ me, so I get a notification.

@zzxxcc this is coming straight from the heart because I would like to see you succeed. I strongly urge you not to deviate from your plan. The biggest mistake I ever made is IM is quitting every time I made a small mistake with a particular method. I would try something, it wouldn't work initially, and then I would move on before giving myself a chance to figure it out.

I can tell that you have the time, the drive, and the intelligence to figure out what's going wrong. Don't get overwhelmed by all the different methods here on the forum. They all work IF you make them work. Pick one and go, no matter what.

I hope it doesn't come to this, but if you continue to have problems and can't figure it out, post in the HAF section for a professional to audit your site/ads/etc. They'll put you in the right direction real quick.

I do expect an insightful response from you explaining in detail where you think you went wrong.

First thanks for the heads-up, really appreciate it.
I definitely wont quit with FB + dropshipping, its just a temporarily pause until i learn the steps.. Franklin Hatchett, FB communities etc are going daily to improve my ad skill and mindset.. the thing is that i dont want to blow the budget with learning from the mistakes.. but i did learn a lot, some niches arent just marketable as there are others, my niche was 3d clothes.. and this market is indeed too saturated for this + considering my current skill with ads, it was hard to hit the right audience.
For example if you niche is fishing, hunting.. you can pretty easy cut down the audience, demographics and behaviours.. when you run a so called "niche fashion" store it will be much harder. People will like it, but its whole different story to find people who buy it. Ofcourse i did lot of things wrong. The biggest mistake i made was that i didnt run a "general store" to test the products, i picked my niche without research and put all my energy on that.. if you read other stories here, people have tested 10-15 products before finding the winning one.. so at that point is started to pick up the past mistakes. The mentality was, Fuck it - I can crush it.
I will drop the niche store i guess and move on to the general store, i have much better understanding now and i try to improve it constantly. I dont want to leech into that niche.
PPE looked like it was killing it but no conversions, so i wanted to change the strategy and make a custom audience from ATC people, but FB cut me off for whatever reason.. so we really never gonna know if i would succeed or not.. there was room for improvements everywhere obviously and i didnt lost anything, at least now i understand the AD game, I jumped in without zero knowledge, without knowing the terms.. so i dont feel like it was a loss.

So before my second coming to facebook, i thought i will try something else aswell.. i dont want to put the eggs into one basket. There is some interesting things over BHW and why not.

Moving forward, I have a few words of wisdom for you. Take it or leave it, that's up to you.

As a beginner in dropshipping, let others do your product testing for you. Learn how to use http://fb-search.com/search/ to find other peoples Ads in a niche that you're thinking about pursuing. you may need to try 20 different searches, but eventually, you'll be able to find a popular product AND a successful ad. Then click through to their website and look at what they are doing. Ask yourself, "how can I make this better?" If the answer is yes, copy that shit exactly how it is, make your edits, then do what they did. Sure they beat you to the punch, but you're still going to make sales which gives you the ability to spend more on ads and build up that pixel data. Once you have pixel data, you're golden.

Never stop saying, "Fuck it, I can crush it." That's the mentality to should always have. You just need to know you can crush it because X,Y, and Z.

my god if i had reddit gold i would give it to you right now, op i have failed and been kicked down 100s of times both in real life and in im, succeeded maybe once or stretching it, twice?

UPDATE: Got my FB account back today thanks to a BHW member @CrypticLord - And the surprise, the payment processor i was using (PAYMILL) didnt accept any USD transactions, only EUR transactions.. so this was the issues of no sales, i targeted US market. People have sent messages to my business page that they cannot pay. Paymill is one of the worst payment gateways out there, so im going to switch shopify to WP to get access better gateways (shopify dosent support our local banks that support USD and GBP payments). So F this.
