I agree with your review, but I don't agree your conclusion to avoid OP's service which is the best I have ever used. I love his service so much that I can stop myself to give my feedback.

1. Communication recently is slower than before. As OP answer skype himself, and his answer is in depth, it takes some time for OP to answer one by one. I usually wait 1-3 days for a time spot to have a chat with OP, but each time is very fruitful. I have encountered lots of services that the skype is handle by VA and the communication is very fast, but all answer is very standardize and indeed no value.

2. For the posts of my order, I notice that OP posted 250-400 words initially, then expanded to 700-900 words later (time frame varied from a week to several weeks as he update only one of the posts of a blog each time). I personally think that it is a good strategy. It makes the content of the blog constantly updating without new outbound link added. It makes the blog behave like a real blog even more.

3. I cannot agree more that the design and quality of the domains is decent. It in fact the best I have ever encountered.

@mrseven171 IS NOT MY CLIENT. I can not understand how he expects me to reply to him, maybe when I have personal problems in my life, or maybe I decide to take some days off for Christmas while my writing team returns from holidays and all work is Scheduled. I am doing my best to help customers when they need it, countless times had skype calls with them for 1-2 hours to help them with their websites and all. Then comes a guy, in new year time, with 20 posts on BHW, asks me to send his Skype, I miss notification some days because I am doing other more important things maybe, and he says... that communication is bad. Sorry sir, have we ever communicated? This is madness.

This guy, ordered from me a $80 package. I told him all the details of service and all, he gave very specific instructions that my writers followed, I paid $60 to writers only for his content.
I told him that all will be ready my 2 weeks on 21 Dec, but it went a little slower because of New year and all, and he is now unsatisfied because of the delay.
He could have contacted me in private to ask why this happens. But no...

I made this $80 package to help beginners who can not afford, even lost money to be honest, and he is unsatisfied?
No problem, as I also told him on skype, I will REFUND him his $80, I will not delete the links or anything, I am not a bad person, would never do anything to hurt anyone's sites, I want to build long term customers and people like him that don't see value are not people I want to work with. ( I refund him, but I will never work with him again, because as I said, I don't want people liek this as my customers)

I am mad because I try to help people and even lose money with some, and it gets up to this... disappointing.

Yes As safe as it can be, I put a lot of efforts into quality of the PBN builds and domains.

1) Holiday time is going on, and you should expect slow communication everywhere, everyone has a personal life, isn't it?

3) I mean, seriously? BlackBDO has the best domains regarding quality. If you find his domain is "decent" only then I think you have some serious knowledge gap. Sharpen it and come back to check how good his domains are.

Regarding design, he has got the best in class! Don't believe me, ask other members who have bought his pbns and they will tell also! I have been a long time customer of his and was never disappointed.

Vlad has been a very nice consultant to me, in fact one of the best around who is willing to spend 1-2 hours of his precious time with me over Skype to share on the ideas of what I can do to improve my websites as I am quite new to link building.

Have ordered a few packages with him so far and I must say his PBN blogs are one of the best I’ve seen in term of quality of both the domain authority and website design. I will continue to engage his expertise for my future projects. Those who are seriously into quality PBN can look for Vlad as well. He is the right person to speak with and i believe he is someone who loves to make friends and have long term working relationship with his clients.

I see that OP tried to defend himself by having some of his clients post on his thread as well.

Indeed he refunded the money and sorted out the issues, but the communication could have been better and the order should have been completed with the full content articles right from the first time (the moment the articles are posted on the blogs). Take a note for your future clients and orders if you want to provide top notch quality services on the marketplace and be competitive with the other sellers.

This is one of those services where quality is sooo good that you can be OK with some hiccups like, a slow reply (that happens rarely) - also, if you're a first time client and don't know this, I understand why you might doubt this service.

He's also in charge of customer care so you can see how that can happen. I am a client (then became a friend) of Vlad, I know that he's obsessed with providing a top notch service and works like crazy for this (in addition to buying only the best resources to get this quality). I'm glad it's all sorted out.

Ordered 10 post with $300 package and got what i paid for. Amazing quality network and one of the best quality network i have ordered so far. Little delayed on completion but OP in touch with me and update on the work frequently( as he increased the words count from 300 to 700+ now) . I asked him to show the proof of the work he has done so far and he showed me 2 great site from where i got the links. getting some dancing for my main keyword which is now on page 1.

Let me share my expirience. First of all Domains and quality of BlackBDO PBN is the BEST i have ever seen and used, and i have seen and tried a lot of trash here and on other marketplaces! Another thing for slow communication.. beside being expert for PBNs the guy is student of medicine he cant reply 24h on skype so have understanding chill and give some time to complete your orders. I bought some links few months ago and i also did wait couple days more but he informed me that he is going on vacation and i agreed to wait no problem at all, because i knew what i am getting after i seen the samples.
