I swear to God that I am the calmest person that I know, I rarely get mad or anything, and I don't want to sound like I'm defending my service. But I feel like I need to reply to your message and explain some basic things
Because the way you wrapped up things it makes me look bad, and that's unfair in my opinion because I did my job, and I think I did it well.First of all, I tell this to all my customers, ranking is not only about links, ranking is about:
-KW research (find easy comp KWs or have a big budget for the hard ones)
-Content
-Site Age
-On-page (interlinking, titles, KW density)
-Diversification
-PBNs
I just checked your site and your rankings, to see what's wrong.
EVERY TIME A CLIENT CAME TO ME TO SAY HE WAS UNSATISFIED OR SOMETHING I CHECKED HIS SITE TO FIND WHAT'S NOT GOING OK, AND I ALSO SHOWED PROOF OF MY WORK. IN CASE MISTAKE WAS FROM MY SIDE I AM WILLING TO REFUND 100% NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Once, I delayed a customer order for a week because I did a mistake and forgot to start on his order, and I refunded him 100% + completed the job. So, if you are unsatisfied, before pointing blame to me, let's try to find out what's the problem.
But don't worry. I will analyze in depth your site problems and write you here, without revealing any information of your niche ofc.
#1. KW research.
You are targetting a product KW (example: bathtub, mattress, etc...) with a 2k words article.
Top ranking sites are e-commerce stores with close to 0 content.. hmm...
No "best" no "Reviews". Product name. 2k words. not commerce.
#2.Content
As I said before, 2k words targeting an e-commerce KW.
#3. Site age - Nothing to complain here, you are good.
#4 On-Page
The on-page is almost ok, I would call it acceptable.
Nothing special, I mean, not a lot of effort was put into this, meta tile same as page title, some random huge images, and the content, no interlinking, no links to related posts... Looks like you just posted some content and put some images there. (I am not defending myself with the fact that your page does not have perfect on-page, I am just honestly analyzing your page/site)
#5 diversification
Not the best in the world, but you are good here, I think diversification is the thing you did the best for this site.
#6 PBNs
You bought a $125 PBN batch containing 10 links In November 2017.
Links got all posted around 10-15 December, I sent you confirmation of delivery when you asked if work is done via PM in January.
NOW
Let's see the ranks for the main product KW since January.
But REMEMBER, you are aproaching an e-commerce KW with an affiliate page. top ranking pages are huge ecomm sites in the niche #2 if I remember well is a DA75 site in the same niche that is targetting and selling that exact product.
And now the ranks: (for main product KW, ahrefs says 10K MS) KW ent from #22-27 ---> #11 right now. With an aff site, targetting an ecomm KW, and a $125 PBN batch.
So.. your main KW went from dancing #22-27 to dancing #11-13.

This is for the main big KW, not to say the small LSIs.

And you are telling me that "After 2 months, you had 0 results"?
I am sorry for the long reply, but I get a little mad when things like this happen. Because I do my work well and then I am blamed and publicly accused of not doing my Job.
Is my service perfect? No.. I have my problems, most related to TAT and stock availability. But please don't tell me I deliver shit work because that is not true.

You started to build links only in the end of december, and reported on jan 4, so I cant understand why do you show positions from november. But even from november situation is the same.We see movement from 15 to 12 position for main keyword, wonderful, thank you very much for your fantastic service!

@askary Maybe whatever cause your rank drop around October ("Fred" targetting low-quality content?) is preventing you from ranking?
Have you ordered any other SEO services to that page? Maybe they are having a negative effect.
The point is, you can't judge a service from 1 order when there are literally hundreds of factors/

You are targeting an eccomerce keyword with an affiliate site, you won't rank in top 3 no matter what links you buy.
I have made the same mistake. Google knows user intent nowadays and just wont rank affiliate sites for such keywords, as the user is searching for an eccomerce store, not affiliate guide.

I added this page to the website in october, there was no penalty
of course, I have never said that this service is bad, I just said it doesnt work for me, that is all.
I also ranked 20 for a 27k eccommerce keyword without links.
But I never got into top 10 no matter the links, the reason being my site being affiliate and the keyword ecommerce.
Just my experience, you can try to rank, but you are just wasting money in my opinion. The link I posted contains useful info on the subject.

I will check the post date for each post, then we can both check and decide if you think my links are really not good for your website.
Normally I would involve a Mod to check and give a verdict if I did my job or not.
But I really want ALL my customers to be happy and have results, let's investigate this together, after that, if you will still think my links did not help you at all, I will just refund you, I don't want to cause a scene out of this, and I don't want to waste anyone's money.
I'm not used to having unsatisfied customers, neither I want to start now.
I will call it my mistake for not advising you not to target product KWs with Aff site.
Links were placed around December, then I added more content to the articles to get them to 7-800w and when all were 800w I reported back to you.
Right now we changed again the process, we directly post 5-600w of content as we hired some great new writers.
Links went live before 15 December as far as I recall, the rankings I took were from ahrefs history, and it looked to me like you had an increase in December-January-February compared to the period my links were not pointing to your site. ( I did not say anything about November rankings, I started counting since Mid December when links to your site were live with 400w of content).
Again, this was one of my weakest batches ( $125 batch if I recall well) and IMHO it worked ok on your page, but let's check that together and if you will still be unsatisfied I will refund you without any problems.

I've been communicating with @BlackBDO for a few months now. He is the epitome of professionalism. In the beginning I tried to purchase a few batches from him, even though my site was new and not ready for the kind of juice that his PBNs send. Instead of selling them to me and making a quick profit, he took the time to explain what I needed to do in order to get my sites ready to fully benefit from his service. He spent time to instruct me to do something that would result in him not making money. Crazy. It was then that I realized that he actually cared about his service and his customers. Yes, its a business, but its still something you can do right and have pride in.
So, here I am 6 months later and my first link just indexed. Of course I was excited to check it out. The PBN site has much better metrics than my own site, which is awesome. But it also passes the eye test with flying colors. The content matches the url which matches the them which matches the logo, etc. It's a real site pretty much, that happens to have some nice backlinks dispersed through it. The writing is fantastic. It's obviously hand written by somebody who speaks English. I actually caught myself reading through some of the content and being engaged.
All in all, this is the best PBN service I have ever purchased. Vlad has earned my loyalty. I hope to maintain a fruitful business relationship with him for years to come.
