My proxy list subscription contains public proxies that are port scanned by my harvesting system 24/7, Not just scrapped like many others. But I also do have private proxies, rotating proxies, etc

Auto rotation socks? No. Are new socks added every few minutes to the proxy list?, Yes.

Currently I have 10, 20 and 30 packs of Private Rotating proxies but I can add larger packages if needed.

I have multiple services, Public Port Scanned proxy list that is providing 40,000 proxies per day, Private individual proxies, Private Rotation proxies and back connect rotation proxies. All packaged and pricing is on our website but I can create custom packages if needed.

Yes but only in the Proxy list subscription, For privates I only have HTTP proxies, In the proxy list you'll find that many are blacklisted on RBL's. so You'll have to test and filter them yourself to find suitable ones for your needs.

A lot are blacklisted (what are rbl's?, sorry), and are the mail ports all open for the socks?

RBL = Real Time blacklist. It's what some mail servers use to block spammers,etc. Yes most but not all SOCKS proxies have the mail port open. For example, RIght now there are 500 SOCKS proxies with SMTP port open. all those are included in the standard $10 per month subscription and new SOCKS proxies are added throughout the day. You can go to our website and view the proxy to get an idea of what you'll receive.
