Yes is possible to target Niche+Country and we are working to engage with specific genre as well but this can't be 100% accurate yet.
Regarding Shadowban, is something that can happen, but is never been permanent.
Regarding likes: from "Premium" and "Gold" package we reserve a spot to get Powerlikes from real big accounts. Platinum package has a mix of powerlikes and Fake likes to increase the chances to hit explore page.

Hello, if you are talking about Blue Tick verified profiles, we can't target those profiles actually.
However we can create a whitelist with all profiles you currently follow and those profiles will never be unfollowed.

He just tried to pretty much blame me and was rather shirty about it. Left the account following 4k accounts which now I need to un-follow. I did ask for ideally UK followers, and was told this was the reason when I canceled I didn't get many followers, however was never actually told that at the time. I did ask for the first month to be refunded as he under achieved the minimum 'Prediction' and he was told at the start, the main point of this was to get as many followers as possible, but he never replied.

This review is pretty much incomplete and Kinda false.
This user ordered one of our packages, but as stated in main post and on our terms, the number or followers you can get, is a prediction. The number of followers someone can get, mostly depend on the account posts quality, as they are real followers. We can setup the maximum speed to match the according package, but if the account is really low quality and not appealing for the niche you requested, there is nothing much we can do, unless you want fake followers.. we are not the right source in that case.

-When this user placed his order, his account had 2 random photos only, and very few followers, was basically an account created from scratch. So i had to ask him to start posting something, and he started posting some random photos.
His niche was "IT,Networking,Business", so it was a difficult niche and having a low quality account posts, didn't help.

However he received 300 followers less of what he called "minimum". Minimum stated on package is 1800, he received 1500+ followers, which was a great result considering the profile quality.

-regarding the UK followers, when he asked via email to gain more UK followers ( read the his post part where he says "IDEALLY UK", we started aiming to UK users also, and he started gaining UK followers as well, Here are some profiles that started following him just to make an example:

Regarding the Refund Request:
He runned the service for the first month, than the service renewed, and he sent an email 5 days after the renew asking to stop and if i could refund the second month as he didn't want to continue. As per TOS, he had to stop the service 24 hours before the renew, but we stopped the subscription and refunded the second month with no problems.

Since he renewed, the unfollow was planned at the proper time, but he stopped 5 days after he renewed, so thats why account was left following 4k people, plus he threaten us saying he wanted us to unfollow for him or he would ask for a refund even for the first month.
Is not also true we never replied, we reply to all emails, we just stopped replying to him after he started threatening us.
