The Average TF and CF is 19 and 16 respectively. All comments were do follow but they were not related at all to the Niche I gave him ( he didn't promise that either).

OBL on all site is <10 and there was one with just 1 OBL.

Delivery was also fast.

In all, I will rate him 8/10

Some of the comments read a bit confusing, but I'm yet to find a blog commenting service that doesn't have a few of those thrown in. Overall, everything was as promised and the OP was very quick off the mark getting the work done. Good service for spreading around tiers.
